Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Orders
