Return & Refund Policy – Lion Mentality

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the requested size is available. Contact our support team for assistance.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
